Get started by downloading the UGOOG app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up quickly with your phone number or social login. You’ll be ready to locate and ride in no time.
Locate a UGOOG
Use the app’s live map to find nearby scooters. Check each scooter’s battery level, distance, and availability before selecting the one that suits your ride.
Scan the QR code
Once you reach your scooter, open the app and scan the QR code placed on the handlebar. This instantly unlocks your ride and tracks your trip.
Ride safely
Before you start, wear a helmet and review basic safety tips in the app. Follow traffic laws, ride responsibly, and enjoy your eco-friendly journey.
End Ride
When you reach your destination, park the scooter in a safe, approved location. Tap ‘End Ride’ in the app to stop your trip and view your ride summary.

How to Set Up Your Wallet

Open the App
Download and open the UGOOG from the App Store or Google Play.

Navigate to ‘My Wallet’

Tap the menu icon ☰ on the top-left corner.

Select ‘My Wallet’ from the list.

Add a Payment Method

Click ‘Payment’.

Choose your preferred payment option (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Enter your payment details and save.

Top Up Your Balance

In the wallet dashboard, tap ‘Top Up’.

Select an amount or ride pass (like the 7 Days Pass for 125 AED).

Confirm your payment.

View Balance & Ride Pass

Your available balance and active passes will be displayed on the wallet homepage.

Ride On

Scan a scooter QR code, and your ride fare will be deducted from your wallet.
How to Check Cost per Ride Without a Pass in UGOOG App
Open UGOOG App
Launch the UGOOG app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play.
Go to ‘Pricing’ or ‘Fare Info’
Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-left corner and select ‘Pricing’ or ‘Fare Info’ to view ride options.
Select ‘Pay-Per-Ride’ Option
Choose the ‘Pay-Per-Ride’ option to see ride charges without a subscription pass.
View Unlock & Per-Minute Rates
Check the displayed unlock fee and per-minute rate
Confirm & Ride without a Pass
Confirm the payment method and start riding without needing a pass by scanning the scooter’s QR code.
